Getting Started
We’ll start with a complimentary, 30-minute consultation where I can learn more about you, your health and fitness goals, and what you’re looking for in personal training. If my approach feels like a good fit for your needs, we’ll work together to design a plan that will get you to your goals.

Where We’ll Work
In person training sessions take place and are conveniently located in West Seattle, 3400 SW Harbor Ave SW. There is street parking available.
Virtual plans and pricing are available upon request.
Plans and Pricing
I offer two in-person training options:
2 sessions per week @ $55 per session ($110/week+Tax)
3 sessions per week @ $50 per session ($150/week+Tax)
Training sessions are booked on a monthly basis and I will work with you around planned absences as life happens! With a plan, consistency, and support, you can achieve great things!
